EYE: FILM NOIR – THE DARK SIDE OF HOLLYWOOD
Cool Classics on the big screen.
We created the trailer for "Film Noir: The dark side of Hollywood." 1 July – 25 August 2021. Iconic film noir scenes are the inspiration for an animated trailer. This summer Eye goes in search of the roots of noir, the classic American film genre that lasted from the early 1940s to the late 1950s. Crises often leave their mark on the films of a period, and that was certainly true 75 years ago. World War II had just ended, everything was in short supply, and the future was uncertain.

Eye’s collection includes a wealth of classics. Regularly screenings, in various programmes. Eye now brings film history even closer with its new series Eye Classics: three classics a week, chosen by Eye's programmers. On the big screen, screened in 35mm whenever possible. We created the trailer for the big screen and designed posters and images for social media. A special audio mix was added to the clip as not since all the Eye cinemas are equipped with audio surround 5.1
